By creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers may be required to create an account to book or purchase services.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating and managing accounts and bookings for minor participants and for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Lessons, evaluations, camps, programs, and other services are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for confirming appointment dates and times through the applicable booking system or mobile application.
All Star Training Center reserves the right to adjust schedules, coaches, locations, or program details when reasonably necessary.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or purchase.
Prices, packages, memberships, promotions, and program fees are subject to change.
All payments are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Customers must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the service purchased.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the scheduled session being forfeited.
Payments and sessions are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by All Star Training Center.
Unused sessions may expire according to the expiration terms associated with the applicable package or membership.
Memberships and recurring services are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
Where a membership requires advance notice for cancellation, customers are responsible for providing that notice according to the applicable membership terms.
Participation in baseball, softball, strength and conditioning, camps, lessons, evaluations, and other athletic activities involves inherent physical risks.
Participants and their parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining whether the participant is physically able to participate.
Participation may also be subject to a separate waiver, release, or assumption-of-risk agreement.
A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation by a minor and is responsible for the minor’s account, purchases, bookings, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Participants and guests must follow all safety instructions, facility rules, and staff directions.
All Star Training Center may remove or restrict participation by anyone whose conduct creates a safety concern, disrupts activities, damages property, or materially interferes with other customers or staff.
Our mobile application and certain technology services may be operated using third-party platforms, including booking, membership, payment, communication, and application technology providers.
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
All Star Training Center names, logos, graphics, training materials, photographs, videos, website content, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace portions of our services when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website, mobile application, booking systems, or third-party technology services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASH INVESTMENTS GROUP LLC and All Star Training Center shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, mobile application, or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
The Effective Date above will indicate when the Terms were most recently updated. Continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
